Building Relationships: The Goal of NPM

Recently, a study was done on businesses that came up with the following result:

     “Only 20% of CEOs and Managing Directors trust their marketing teams…” * and        “According to the study, “80% of CEOs ‘admit they do not really trust and  are not very impressed’ by their marketing teams. That’s compared to the 90% of CEOs who say they do trust and value their finance and information teams.” (source: Fournaise Marketing Group).**

At NPM, our mission is to completely defy this study’s results.  We want our clients to not only trust us, but to enjoy working with us.  We want to build relationships with our clients, and this means making sure we are doing everything in our power to help them grow their business and achieve their goals.

Know Where We Are Going and How To Get There

If you want to take a vacation, you don’t blindly jump out onto the road and start driving.  Instead, you have a specific destination in mind, and a road map (or GPS!) telling you how to get there.  When you allow NPM to come alongside you and your business, we can help you determine a “destination” for your business (increased sales, more exposure, etc.) and then help you draw a “roadmap” of how to get there by coming up with a marketing plan suited specifically for you, your goals, and your budget.

Progress Reports

NPM does not gain a client and then disappear.  When you place your marketing in our hands, you can expect frequent progress reports, and often times, an in-person meeting to discuss results of previous marketing campaigns, current happenings regarding your marketing plan, and what to expect in the following weeks and months.  This is one of the key parts of building a relationship with clients.  We want to get to know you and your business personally, not just as numbers on a page.

No Contract Required

NPM does not require clients to sign a binding contract.  Our mentality is that trust is not built on contracts and legal agreements.  Rather, we operate on a monthly basis with our clients.  If you are unhappy with results, or need to take a break from your marketing plan due to financial concerns or other reasons, you are free to step back.  This is something discussed further when we help you come up with your marketing plan and budget.
